Okay, so I know that I didn’t upload a new post in a while but I tried! In fact, I was gonna post it yesterday, but it crashed! So I wasted a whole fricking hour typing for nothing. Yay… I’m writing this on Microsoft Word in case it happens again, so don’t worry, I don’t have an excuse to delay any further.
Well, first of all, I’d like to apologize for not uploading in such a long time, but since my social life is like zero, I don’t really have anything to talk about. If I were to write something everyday, it would come out like this:
Day 1: Woke up late today. Got yelled at by piano teacher. Did homework. Went to sleep.
Day 2: Woke up on time today. Didn’t have piano lesson, and so didn’t get yelled at. Did homework. Went to sleep.
Day 3: Woke up-
You get the drift. My life is pretty boring and repetitive. Anyway, so what happened in those past 5 days? Well, on Thursday I had an awesome last three lessons. Double Maths and French. Well since Mr Tonkin is in Australia *READ WITH AUSTRALIAN ACCENT* we learnt absolutelu nothing in maths :] That in itself is a legitimate reason to smile.
The french lesson was.. interesting. It was basically, a whole load of racism, combined with music (since we had Mr Fitzgibbon as a sub). Here is what I learnt about 21st Century racism:
1) People tend to think that just because a word rhymes with a real word, it instantly has a meaning. (eg. Glieffen Schieffen Piefen. Okay so maybe none of these words are real but you get my point.)
2) Apparently some people still think that ‘Ching Chang Chong’ actually means something. I’m gonna break some news to you guys… it doesn’t. Also, what did you think it meant? It’s as if a Chinese person came up to you and randomly said: ‘Joe Po Shmoe’. I mean once would be confusing enough, but let’s multiply it by about ten... thousand times a day?
As you can see, it was a very educational lesson of French. What else did we 'learn'? You'll be glad to know that we mastered The Pen Top Instrument (capital letters necessary).
On Sundat I met up with some friends who actually weren't embarrassed to be seen in public with me and we all went to Galeria Mokotow to watch ‘Due Date’. The movie wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t that bad either.
Quote #1: Hah! My dad would never do that to me! He loved me!
Quote #2: He always enjoyed coffee… Now he’s enjoyed AS coffee.
Quote #3:
-If you are allergic to waffles, don’t eat waffles!
-THEN DON’T TAKE ME TO A WAFFLE STORE!
Quote #4: Hah, he’s so stupid! He thinks he’s human! *laughs and continues to feed the dog*
your life IS very interesting, and full of things ordinary people dont have, and a good example is your amazing piano skills and the fact you have to put up with a mean piano teacher is amazing :] (smiley face necessary)French lessons sound like the best. btw never seen the movie, would you recommend it??
